HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

We always aim to process your order as quickly as possible, however please allow 2-5 business days for dispatch. Our warehouse ships Monday to Friday, excluding New South Wales public holidays. Star Track standard delivery times are between 1-2 working days from date of dispatch. Please note, there may be†delays during sale events, as we expect a high volume of orders at this time. This could be between 2-10 working days of the order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched and shipped.

Please note that the delivery times after dispatch cannot be guaranteed by vanheusen.com.au as deliveries are made by third parties.

An update from Australia Post on changes to delivery process due to the increasing impact of coronavirus:

Australia Post have implemented additional measures with their delivery drivers, posties and Post Office staff for delivery or collection of parcels due to the increasing impact of coronavirus. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, a staff member will ask and record the customerís name and sign on their behalf. The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?

To ensure your parcel reaches you as fast as possible, all parcels will not require a signature and will be left for you at your nominated address, unless deemed unsafe by the courier. The best address is one where someone will be present to receive the delivery within business hours.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the relevant partner carrier's website to track your order's progress.
